Squid Sisig

This is definitely what you call a special sisig! Dive into this Squid Sisig recipe and have yourself (or your friends) a delicious meal! Serves up to two sizzling plates, so better open up a few ice-cold beers!

Ingredients:

    1/4 kg  Chicken Liver, finely chopped

    6 cloves  Garlic, finely chopped

    1 tbsp  Soy Sauce

    2 tbsp  Cooking Oil

    1/3 bar (70g) Margarine

    3 pcs, large  Red Onion, finely chopped

    1 can x 425g SABA Squid In Soy Sauce, drained and chopped

    3 tbsp  Liquid Seasoning

    4 pcs  Green Chili (Siling Pang-sigang), thinly sliced

    1/2 tsp  Ground Black Pepper

    1/2 tsp  Iodized Salt

    3 tbsp  Calamansi juice

    1/4 cup  Mayonnaise

    2 pcs  Eggs
