Mackerel Misua Soup

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
3 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 pc, small Onion, chopped
1 can x 155g SABA Mackerel in Natural Oil
2 cups Water
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 pack (35g) Misua
1 small Patola, sliced
to taste Salt and pepper
Procedure:
1. Heat oil in a casserole and sauté garlic until slightly brown. Add onion and sauté until it becomes translucent.
2. Add mackerel and cook until slightly dry.
3. Add water and soy sauce. Cover and bring to a boil.
4. Stir in misua and patola. Simmer until misua is cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Serve while hot.
