Pink Salmon Canapes
Canapes are the perfect bite-sized finger food for parties, but toping it off with some Pink Salmon? That’s definitely an instant 5-star rating from your guests! This recipe if for 40 pieces, but don’t you worry about making more because you can always make again in just a snap!
Ingredients:
1 can x 425g SABA Pink Salmon in Natural Oil
½ cup Mayonnaise
½ tsp Prepared Mustard
1/8 tsp White Pepper
1 loaf White bread slices, toasted
1 pc Cucumber, sliced
¼ cup Black olives, pitted & sliced
Procedure:
1. Open the can of SABA Pink Salmon in Natural Oil. Drain.
2. Transfer pink salmon into a bowl and flake the fish according to your desired size.
3. Add mayonnaise, mustard and white pepper. Mix well to combine.
4. For the toasted bread, slice into quarters or small triangles. Better yet, make Melba toast.
5. Spread about 1 tbsp of pink salmon mixture to the bread. Garnish with cucumber and black olives.
5. Serve.
